Do you have demo tapes of your weddings?
When you request a demo of our work, we will send you a complete wedding - not short clips of our best work. We can also often send you a wedding from the location that you are getting married so that you can see exactly how your wedding will look (and often get great ideas!)
How long have you been a wedding videographer?
Our first wedding was in 1988 - we haven't slowed down since.
How do I reserve my wedding date and when is the balance due?
To reserve your wedding date, send in a completed contract with a $100 deposit. Half of the balance is due before the wedding, and the remaining balance is not due until you receive the final product.
What Kind of CD and DVD Media Do Use?
We are currently using Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim and TDK media. We do not recommend using cheap media. You tend to end up with bad burns and/or corrupted data. It is worth spending the few extra cents and using Professional disc.
What is your turnaround time?
Once artwork is approved it is normally 48 hours on duplication. If you have replication it is approx. 14 working days after artwork approvals. If you need sameday service we can normally do it, RUSH CHARGES may apply.
Will you label the disc?
Yes we will. We print directly onto your disk. It is inkjet printing on burned runs. On replication it will be screen or digital printing. Also will apply labels to CD's if you specify.
Will you store my master?
Yes,we can store your master for you. All you have to do is give us a call or send a email and we can get right to your order.
Can you design my cover?
Yes, we can design your cover. Our graphic charges are $55 per hour.Or you can bring your job layed out to our template. We can email you a template if needed.
Do you guarantee your product?
Yes we do, if you have a problem bring it back to us and we will make it right.
When do I pay?
You pay when you pick up. On jobs 500+ we require 50% upfront remaining when you pick up on all new orders.
